New York City OOTD - Day 1

Photos: Flossie Joseph
Location: Greenwich Village, New York City

Bag - Asos
Dress - Asos
Shoes - New Look
Sunglasses - Beyond Retro
Necklace & Belt - Thrift Shop
Jacket - Starstruck Vintage NYC

So... I'm back!

Firstly, my apologies for the delay in posts, as you can imagine I have SO many pictures, videos and stories to tell I've been a bit overwhelmed with where to begin, plus with all that Uni work I'd been happily putting off...

So what I'm going to do is post the OOTD's of each day on here first, then a couple of days later hop over to the main Scarphelia where I'll be writing up the stories of each day, and be posting our daily vlogs!

This is all very exciting and new territory for me so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

This was what I wore on our first morning in New York City where we strolled around the lovely bohemian garden side of town and as you probably already know from my obsessive fangirling, I bumped into LUANNA PEREZ.

But hey, I'm saving all that for Scarphelia, so I guess you better keep your eye out there in the next couple of days...

How To Wear: Black Lipstick

I've often said that I genuinely have no idea what my style is, and it's definitely true.

Some days I want to wear flowly chiffon floral skirts and leather waistcoats and fur gilets and dance in the sunshine and long grass, and other days I want to wear thick black eyeliner and blood red lipstick, dressed in nothing but monochrome and chunky black platform boots.

Glasto Fest Dreamin'

Dress - New Look - £9
Shearling Waistcoat - Depop
Necklace - Thrift Store
Today I got the email I've been waiting sooooooo long to receive. Glastonbury tickets are now available to pay off in full and receive in our hands!

Last year was my first ever year at the glorious festival and it was an honestly life changing experience for me, and I have PINING ever since to return. You can read all about my crazy adventures from last festival here.

Anyway, to celebrate I thought I'd do a little bit of festival inspired shopping and picked up this little beauty in New Look for only £9! Also, this is the first time ever that a size 12 has felt pretty big on me, and that in itself is one of the most awesome things ever. Slowly but surely, I'm getting to where I want to be.

Cannot wait until the summer sunshine brings my beloved festival back to me, and I can hippy it up for good.

Are any of you guys going to Glastonbury this year? Let me know in the comments!

Spring Clean's Are Made For This

Silk Tunic Dress - HERE
Shearling Waistcoat - HERE
Denim Jacket - Charity Shop

So I'm not a fashion blogger really, but I do really enjoy a little outfit post here and there.

I recently went for a spring clean and discovered a load of old clothes in the depths of my wardrobe, having been hidden for months and months, and as I'm going to New York City next month (eeeeeeek!) I've decided that I'm going to dig out all these old clothes and sell them on depop, to help raise a little bit of spending money to have the best time ever!

D.I.Y Pink Ombre Pancakes

Happy Pancake day!

I know it's a little late in the day, but I thought I'd share with y'all some the recipes we experimented with today, including my ultimate favourite, the pink ombre strawberry stack.

I first saw this recipe on I Am Baker, and instantly fell in love with the adorable pink gradient, and thought I'd give it a shot myself. You can find the details of the recipe on her blog here.
